Details of the Job/Internship
Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring an IP Legal Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and update the IP docketing system.
- Track IP deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on patent filings and related documents.
- Handle formalities across US and foreign jurisdictions.
- Review correspondence, invoices, and case-level data.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding IP matters.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to IP activities.
- Support IP filings, renewals, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with teams to implement IP strategies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of legal and industry-specific experience.
- OR
- Paralegal Certificate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- OR
- High school diploma with 6+ years of legal and industry-specific experience.
- 4+ years of substantive IP prosecution experience in a law firm, corporation, or IP management company.
- Strong understanding of IP laws and proficiency in docketing tools.
