Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Partners is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Rohini, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting pleadings, oppositions, counter-statements, legal notices, and writs.
• Managing litigation and enforcement for trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Representing clients before High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals.
• Conducting legal research, case strategy formulation, and advisory on IP disputes.
• Liaising with clients, investigators, and law enforcement authorities.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 2–4 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Practical knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and litigation strategy.
• Immediate joining is required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
