Details of the Job/Internship

United & United is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft litigation documents, motions, and submissions for court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation and depositions.
• Represent clients in IP litigation matters before courts and tribunals.
• Maintain detailed and organized client portfolios.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address challenges and propose solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• 3–4 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate with teams.

Salary/Stipend
