Details of the Job/Internship
United & United is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day litigation tasks including extensive legal research and drafting of motions.
- Prepare for depositions and draft various litigation documents and pleadings.
- Represent clients and make effective oral submissions in courts and tribunals.
- Manage and maintain client portfolios while ensuring high-quality writing and editing.
- Coordinate with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose strategic solutions.
- Prioritize work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer specifically in IP Litigation.
- At least 3+ years of experience with Commercial Litigation as required by the firm.
- Detailed knowledge and a thorough understanding of Intellectual Property laws.
- Ability to start immediately is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with both repetitive tasks and complex legal drafting.
