Details of the Job/Internship
United & United is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its Noida office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving hands-on IP litigation work, including court appearances, drafting, legal research, and client representation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents and motions.
- Prepare for depositions and represent clients before courts and tribunals.
- Make effective submissions in courts and tribunals.
- Manage litigation matters independently and prioritize work effectively.
- Handle repetitive litigation-related tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain high levels of organisation, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Draft, edit, and manage client portfolios and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3–4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP litigation.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of intellectual property laws.
