United & United is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in courts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must;
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws;
- Working knowledge and understanding of High Court and District Courts;
