Details of the Job/Internship
JURISolutions Legal is hiring an experienced IP Litigation Attorney for a full-time, remote position through June, with the potential for extension. The role involves preparing expert rebuttal reports, assisting with motion preparation, drafting mediation statements, managing third-party subpoenas, and gathering essential documents.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare expert rebuttal reports.
- Assist with motion preparation.
- Draft mediation statements.
- Manage third-party subpoenas.
- Gather and organize essential documents.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
- Admission to at least one US jurisdiction and a federal court is required.
- Experience in patent litigation is highly desirable, though experience in any IP litigation will be sufficient.
