Details of the Job/Internship

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is hiring an experienced IP Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their remote legal team on a full-time contract.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare expert rebuttal reports and assist with drafting motions.
• Draft mediation statements and manage third-party subpoenas.
• Collect and organize relevant case documents.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure timely execution of case strategy.
• Apply legal expertise in intellectual property and patent litigation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction and a federal court.
• Strong understanding of patent or general IP litigation.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and research skills.
