Details of the Job/Internship
Puri & Puri (Advocates) is hiring for the position of IP Litigation Attorney to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Litigation Management: Represent clients in IP litigation matters, including court hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents in IP disputes.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Client Representation: Advocate for clients in court, providing expert legal advice and ensuring compliance with IP laws.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team to develop effective litigation strategies.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB from a recognized institution; LLM in IP Law is a plus.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in IP litigation, drafting motions, and court representation.
- Skills: Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property law in India.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Salary/Stipend
