Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan is hiring a Principal Associate with 6+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation to join their Delhi (WTC) office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling intellectual property litigation matters.
- Appearing before courts and tribunals.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions.
- Advising clients on IP litigation strategy and disputes.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IP litigation.
- Strong expertise in intellectual property matters and court practice.
