Details of the Job/Internship

AZB & Partners is hiring an IP Paralegal / Clerk with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle filing and registration of IP matters.
• Draft routine correspondence.
• Prepare invoices and fee sheets.
• Maintain document records and case files.
• Track statutory deadlines and send reminders to attorneys and clients.
• Update and maintain case status reports.

Eligibility

5–7 years of relevant experience in IP filing and prosecution support.

Salary/Stipend
