Details of the Job/Internship

S.S. Rana & Co. is hiring an IP Partner with 12–20 years of experience to join its Mumbai or Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the IP client base.
• Lead and manage IP practice operations.
• Handle advisory and contentious IP matters.
• Oversee domestic and international IP work.
• Drive business development and client origination.
• Lead and mentor team members.

Eligibility

• 12–20 years of PQE.
• LLB (3-year / 5-year) or LLM qualification.
• Expertise in patents, trademarks, copyright, designs, and IP litigation.
• Experience in both advisory and contentious IP matters.
• trong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven business development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary/Stipend
