Clarivate is looking for a IP Renewals Analyst to join them in Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role is to perform activities related to renewals of client’s portfolio of IP Rights based on Client's request within agreed turnaround times and adhering to quality standards.
- Processing allocated work as per work instructions/team alignment / task priority/ client requirements.
- Reviewing case status on respective renewal systems.
- Interpret the client request and act as per work instructions.
- Consider exception handling.
- Forward the output generated for quality checking.
- Acknowledge completion of work to supervisor/clients.
- Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementing required actionable by - identifying process gaps /wastes.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate or master’s degree.
- 0 -3 years of experience in operations.
- Advance MS office tools knowledge – Excel.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate should preferably have 0 -2 years of experience in operations.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpretation and comprehension skills.
- Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word.
