Details of the Job/Internship
Clarivate is seeking an IP Renewals Analyst with 1–2 years of operations experience to join the Global Operations team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to the renewal of clients' intellectual property rights based on requests and within set timelines.
- Process assigned work per team instructions, priorities, and client requirements.
- Review and interpret case statuses and client requests, ensuring proper actions are taken.
- Forward completed work for quality checks and acknowledge task completion to supervisors or clients.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and take necessary actions to address process inefficiencies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferably 1–2 years of operations experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills and a postgraduate degree are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.
