Details of the Job/Internship

Indian Institute of Patent and Trademark is offering an IP Research Intern position (3 months, unpaid) with a potential performance-based full-time job opportunity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and draft multiple-choice and case-based questions for Patent Agent and Trademark Agent exams.
• Assist in creating answer keys, explanations, and reference materials.
• Review and update questions as per latest IP Acts, Rules, and amendments.
• Collaborate with the IP Manager and content development team to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support the design of final test structure and online test platform layout.

Eligibility

• Students in Law, Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy with interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Understanding of Indian Patent Act, 1970, and Trade Marks Act, 1999 preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
