Details of the Job/Internship
Altacit Global is hiring an IPR Associate/Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Led and managed the Bangalore branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the firm's standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the client base and enhance the branch's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate business leads.
- Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Advise clients on IP portfolio management including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and legal principles.
- Experience in legal document preparation.
- Analytical skills to assess legal issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Business development skills, including networking and client relationship management.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in intellectual property law is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
