Details of the Job/Internship

Altacit Global is hiring an IPR Associate/Advocate to join their office in Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare trademark applications for filing at the Registry.
• Maintain diaries for deadlines and due dates.
• Maintain physical and digital files.
• Convey and draft instructions to foreign counsel on trademark matters.
• Coordinate with in-house departments and supervise outside counsel to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform searches of Trademark Journals and online databases of Trademark Registries.
• Prepare documents related to oppositions, cancellations, or litigations.
• Develop and execute trademark portfolio reports.
• Develop and file customs recordal.
• Support trademark-related projects and anti-counterfeiting efforts.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal principles.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Analytical skills to assess legal issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in intellectual property law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
