Details of the Job/Internship

DLC (Deenis Law Chamber) is hiring a Female IPR Associate to join their office in NSP, Delhi. The role involves working in the Intellectual Property Rights practice, including trademark filing and prosecution, copyright and design matters, drafting, documentation, legal research, client coordination, follow-ups, and assistance in hearings and compliance-related work. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling trademark filing and prosecution work.
• Assisting in copyright and design matters.
• Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Coordinating with clients and managing follow-ups.
• Assisting in hearings and compliance-related work.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree.
• IPR specialization or prior experience preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in IPR may also apply.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Salary/Stipend
