Details of the Job/Internship
Resolute IP Services is hiring an IPR Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their Legal & IPR department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications, including provisional and complete specifications.
- Assist in invention disclosures and conduct patent searches.
- Analyse prior art and prepare patentability and FTO reports.
- Manage trademark filings, examination responses, and opposition proceedings.
- Draft and review IP-related documents such as NDAs, licensing agreements, and assignment deeds.
- Prepare and respond to legal notices related to IP matters.
- Maintain IP records, databases, and renewal schedules.
- Support GI documentation and filings.
- Assist in opposition proceedings and prepare written statements and evidence.
- Coordinate with clients, inventors, and government portals.
Eligibility
- LLB with exposure to IP law or IPR coursework, or B.Sc./B.Tech with certification in Intellectual Property Rights.
- 0–2 years of experience in patent drafting, trademark filing, or related IP work.
- Freshers with strong academic interest in IPR may apply.
- Working knowledge of relevant IP laws and procedures.
- Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
