Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
- Draft notices of oppositions, counter-statements, and other relevant legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of evidence for hearings.
- Assisting Draft plants and other court-related documents.
- Appear in court on behalf of clients hashtag.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of professional working experience
