Trans India Law Associates (TILA) is hiring IPR Associates to join their Hubli office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark and copyright matters from drafting to renewals.
• Conduct availability searches and prepare legal opinions on registrability and infringement.
• Draft and review cease-and-desist notices and pleadings for IP disputes.
• Maintain and manage client IP portfolios efficiently.
• Conduct legal research and interpret relevant IPR laws and case precedents.
• Assist clients in filing processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide strategic IPR guidance.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B. or equivalent degree (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting, filing, and prosecution of IPR matters.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using legal databases and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and maintain client confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
