Details of the Job/Internship

Altacit Global is hiring an IPR Associate/Advocate with a background in law to join their office in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling intellectual property matters, corporate advisory, and legal compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file patent, trademark, copyright, and design applications.
• Assist in developing IP strategies and managing portfolios.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws and international regulations.
• Handle prosecution, oppositions, and infringement actions.
• Draft and review IP-related and corporate agreements.
• Provide corporate legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft shareholder agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and JV agreements.
• Collaborate with clients for legal solutions.
• Support IP litigation and corporate disputes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a good academic record.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good time management to handle multiple projects.

Salary/Stipend
