Details of the Job/Internship

The National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, is hiring an IPR Chair to join their office in Jaipur.  This engagement falls under the SPRIHA scheme of the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the IPR Chair under the SPRIHA regulations to foster research and holistic education in Intellectual Property.
• Develop and implement pedagogical strategies for IPR within the institute.
• Oversee research projects and publications related to Intellectual Property Rights.
• Facilitate training and awareness programmes on IPR for students and faculty.
• Provide expert guidance on the protection of traditional knowledge and innovation.
• Coordinate with DPIIT and other regulatory bodies regarding scheme implementation.

Eligibility

• Must be an individual under the age of 70 years.
• Demonstrated expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) research or pedagogy.
• Ability to commit to a 5-year tenure.
