Details of the Job/Internship

AAFT is hiring for the position of IPR Law Faculty with 3-5 years of experience to join their campus in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and seminars on IPR topics including copyright, patents, trademarks, design rights, trade secrets, and digital rights management.
• Supervise and guide student projects, research, and dissertations related to IPR in fashion and design.
• Mentor students on filing and protecting original designs, concepts, and innovations through appropriate IP channels.
• Develop engaging course materials, case studies, and assignments tailored to the fashion and creative industries.
• Keep abreast of the latest legal, regulatory, and industry developments in IPR.
• Collaborate with legal experts, industry professionals, and government bodies to organize guest lectures, workshops, and design clinics.
• Support the institution in conducting IPR awareness programs, seminars, and community engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assist students in understanding IPR challenges and opportunities in the global fashion and creative business ecosystem.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree or higher in Law (specialization in IPR), Fashion Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Preferably with a specialized degree or certification in Intellectual Property Law.
• 3–5 years of experience in teaching IPR subjects or professional practice in intellectual property, ideally within the fashion or creative industries.
• Hands-on experience in IPR filing processes, design registration, patent documentation, and trademark filing.
• Proven track record of guiding students on industry-oriented projects and research.

Salary/Stipend
