Role and Responsibilities
Legal Research and Analysis Objective: Conduct in-depth legal research to support IPR management, contract drafting, and client consultations.
Key Activities:
- Research relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents related to clients' issues.
- Analyze legal documents and identify key issues and implications.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in corporate law and legal practices.
- Apply research findings to enhance the quality of legal services provided.
Professional Development and Continuous Learning:
Objective: Continuously enhance legal knowledge and skills to provide high-quality legal services.
Key Activities:
- Attend relevant legal training sessions,workshops, and seminars.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in corporate law, IPR, and contract law.
- Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to promote a culture of learning.
Intellectual Property Rights (|PR) Management Objective: Provide comprehensive legal support for protecting and managing clients' intellectual.
- IPR Lawyer.
- Conduct thorough IPR audits to identify and document all intellectual assets.
- Advise clients on the registration of trademarks,patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Draft and file applications for IP registrations with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and enforce IP rights, including handling infringements and disputes.
