Lalji Advocates is seeking a skilled and dedicated IPR Litigation Advocate to join their legal team, Noida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with specific expertise in handling litigation related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex legal cases, provide strategic advice, and effectively represent clients in court.

Role and Responsibilities

Litigation Management:

• Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and appeals related to IP disputes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to protect and enforce clients' intellectual property rights.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.

Client Consultation:

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on IP litigation matters.
• Prepare and present detailed case assessments and litigation plans.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and strategy.

Case Preparation:

• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support litigation.
• Work closely with experts, witnesses, and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery requests and responses, affidavits, and settlement agreements.

Negotiation and Settlement:

• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions where appropriate.
• Advise clients on the risks and benefits of potential settlements.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in IP law and related regulations.

Eligibility

Education: BA LL.B

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex IP litigation cases.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
