Details of the Job/Internship

GNK Legal is hiring an Associate – IPR Litigation with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling intellectual property matters, including litigation and opposition proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle IPR litigation matters and opposition proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and submissions related to IP disputes.
• Conduct legal research and case preparation for IP matters.
• Appear before courts and tribunals for hearings.
• Coordinate with clients and provide legal updates on ongoing cases.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–3 years of experience in IPR litigation.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Prior experience in handling trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents.
• Familiarity with court procedures and appearances.
• Applicant must be based in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
