Details of the Job/Internship

GNK Legal is hiring an Associate – IPR Litigation with 2–3 years of experience in intellectual property matters to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle IP litigation and opposition proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, notices, and submissions.
• Conduct research on IP laws and case precedents.
• Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings.
• Provide advisory support to clients on intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in handling IP matters, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures and appearances.
