MVS Legal, Advocates & IPR Attorneys is hiring an IPR Litigation Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Ability to handle matters independently-both prosecution pertaining to Intellectual property (IP) and litigation, appear in various courts.
• The candidate to be highly proficient in handling Prosecution-independently file trademark, design and copyright applications, respond to office action and attend hearing at IP offices, handle contented proceedings like oppositions, rectifications etc.
• The candidate is required to have sound knowledge of both substantive as well as procedural IP laws.
• Candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills.
• The candidate must have excellent drafting skills and client management.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
