Details of the Job/Internship

Legasis Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IPR Manager for its Paralegal Team in Pune. The role involves handling patent docketing, FER responses, and coordination with attorneys and clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• File and handle FER responses, hearings, and post-filing activities.
• Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and associates.
• Coordinate with foreign associates and attorneys.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Lead and guide the paralegal team.
• Maintain and implement SOPs.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Prepare reports and monitor filing status.
• Stay updated on global patent procedures.

Eligibility

• 10–12 years of patent docketing or paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Law preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
