Details of the Job/Internship

Hindustan Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of IR & Legal Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join their office in Indore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance under various labour laws including ESI, EPF, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, NDAs, legal notices, and internal policies in line with applicable labour laws.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Standing Orders, and other relevant regulations.
• Represent the company in conciliation proceedings, labour court hearings, and coordinate with legal counsel where necessary.
• Conduct internal investigations into misconduct, sexual harassment, and other disciplinary issues, in collaboration with HR/ICC.
• Keep management updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting employment practices and industrial relations.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes to maintain a healthy and compliant work environment.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. or LL.M., preferably with specialization in Labour Laws.
• Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience in legal and industrial relations within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
