LawSikho seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counselor to join our Judiciary Test Prep Team at Lawsikho. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting aspiring legal professionals in their journey to prepare for judiciary exams. You will work closely with students, understanding their goals and aspirations, and providing them with personalized guidance to achieve success.

Role and Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students preparing for judiciary exams. 
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their learning objectives, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend suitable judiciary test prep courses and study plans based on individual student profiles.
• Assist students in setting realistic goals and milestones for their exam preparation journey.
• Address student queries promptly and effectively via various communication channels.
• Monitor student progress and performance, offering encouragement and motivation as needed.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure course materials align with exam patterns and requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the judiciary exam landscape to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
• Collect feedback from students to continuously enhance our courses and services.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of judiciary exams, exam patterns, and legal concepts.
• Previous experience in academic counseling, mentoring, or teaching is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathetic and patient approach when interacting with students.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use online learning platforms and communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
