Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is looking for a suitable candidate who has experience in handling matters relating to restructuring and private client practice viz., mergers, demergers, acquisitions, family settlement agreements, business transfer agreements, succession planning, setting up of trusts, drafting of Wills etc., and who also has a strong legal acumen, ability to draft and review documents, opinions etc.
Team: Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice (Delhi Corporate)
Eligibility
Experience: Candidate should have relevant Post Qualification Experience of 1 to 2 years.
Educational Qualifications:
- Law graduate from a premier Law College.
- Additional desirable qualification: qualified Company Secretary.
