Details of the Job/Internship
Ahluwalia Law Associates is looking to hire Patent Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Utilize e-filing portals of IPO and WIPO to draft and submit patent applications.
- Complete patent forms, address responses to FERs, confirm hearings, submit written materials, and file petitions with the IPO.
- Generate regular reports concerning patent affairs in accordance with client and management needs.
- Stay current with IPO and WIPO notifications, patent regulations, fee schedules, and timelines.
- Manage emails and organize a structured case folder system for patent matters.
- Contribute to the firm's practice development initiatives.
Eligibility
A candidate who has completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any field can apply.
Post Qualification Experience: 1-2 Years
