Senior Associate: 5 - 7 Years PQE (IP Team - Trade marks, copyright, domain name disputes, litigation, IP contracts - Candidate shall independently handle trade mark prosecution from end to end)
Role and Responsibilities
- Pre-filing searches, filing applications, responding to office actions, attending hearings, preparing affidavits, assisting in oppositions, rectification & litigation matters.
- Candidates shall be highly skilled, organized and self-motivated, possess analytical skills and have the ability to implement any task with responsibility, accuracy and efficacy.
- You are also expected to have good communication skills and are good at drafting – be it advisory, pleadings or agreements.
