Aditya Birla Group is looking for candidates for the role of PF Land & Legal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Purchase of land as per plant requirement and acquisition of government land for industrial use.
- Liaison with government officials and stakeholders.
- To assist in regards to land related matters.
- Ensuring demarcation and possession of land purchased directly / awarded through govt. order.
- Smooth shifting of road and blasting activities in the mining area.
- Approach delicate employee “issue” positively like an infringing puzzles to solve.
- Coordinate organize & effective implementation of SOP for Land purchase .
- Demonstrate the importance of safety through interaction with our co-members and personal.
- Dealing with outside stack holders & Media.
Eligibility
- Kannada Speaking Candidate.
- Land Acquisition,Land Management,Liaisoning,Third Party Relationships,MS Powerpoint,Excel,Communication.
