Ankit Swarup is an Advocate-on-Record. Practicing before the Supreme Court of India since the year 2009. He belongs to a family of legal luminaries. Received his degree in Law from NALSAR University of Law and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. In just over a decade of practice, as a litigator, he already has to his credit, several judgments which have been reported in legal journals. Keen interest in diverse fields, including Commercial and Contract Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Electricity Laws, Constitutional Law, Arbitration, Consumer Laws, Medical Negligence, Service matters, Criminal law, Human Rights, Land Acquisition, Real Estate disputes, Environment & Forest Laws.

Chambers of Ankit Swarup, AOR Supreme Court of India is hiring for the position of lawyers to join the team on an immediate basis.

Role and Responsibilities

Supreme Court SLP drafting and caselaw research, preparation for hearing and appearance before Court.

Eligibility

Law graduates from Batch 2024 are also welcome.
