These institutions make laws, hold the governments accountable and allocate public funds. It is important that they have information and analysis to perform their functions well, and that citizens have channels of engaging with their elected representatives.

PRS is looking to hire Programme Associates to strengthen its outreach activities in state assemblies.

Role and Responsibilities
As part of the outreach team at PRS, the programme associate will play a key role in strengthening PRS’ outreach activities, especially to state legislators and legislatures. He/She will be responsible for collating and maintaining information pertaining to the working of State Assemblies, including session information, legislative performance, Member participation, etc. In addition, he/she will co-ordinate policy workshops and events held from time to time in partnership with institutional partners.
Eligibility
Abilities required:
- Strong execution skills;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Good quantitative skills with an ability to analyse and represent data accurately;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work in a timely way.
Salary/Stipend
