Details of the Organization
Justice Madhu Jain was born on 18th November 1966. She completed B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, and thereafter she enrolled at the Campus Law Centre to pursue a degree in Law. She graduated in 1991 and was selected for the Delhi Judicial Services in 1992, where she began serving on the Bench side of the courtroom. She also completed her LL.M. in 2000. Owing to her remarkable legal acumen and dedication to serving justice, she was promoted to the Delhi Higher Judicial Services in 2003.
Across the span of more than three decades at the District Courts, she presided over various Courts catering to a wide spectrum of jurisdictions, including but not limited to Civil, Criminal, NDPS, CBI, MACT and Family Courts, where her exemplary knowledge and devotion to justice led to speedy disposal of matters and benefit to the society at large. She also served as Principal District and Sessions Judge in various districts of Delhi, including North, South-East, South, and West Districts.
She got elevated as a Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 24.07.2025, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career in the Judiciary.
