Details of the Job/Internship
Asahi Legal is hiring a Junior Advocate Associate to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, assisting with litigation across City Civil Courts, Esplanade Court, and Small Causes Court in Mumbai, and providing legal advice aligned with client objectives. The Associate will support senior advocates during court proceedings, prepare briefs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and briefs.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
- Assist in litigation and court proceedings.
- Support senior advocates during hearings and prepare case briefs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Prior experience or internships in a similar role is beneficial.
