Adv. Prachi Sonawane & Associates is hiring a full-time Junior Advocate / Legal Intern (law) to join its office in Pashan, Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents.
• Summarize case details and prepare memos.
• Assist in drafting corporate agreements.
• Handle trademark and copyright registrations.
• Support society and trust registrations.
• Conduct title verifications.
• Provide administrative assistance to the legal team.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a law degree.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Understanding of Indian law and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Previous legal experience is a plus, not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
