Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using MS Word and MS Excel to support case preparation.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Attend court hearings and trials to observe and assist with client representation.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation for easy access.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and legal analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
