Details of the Job/Internship

Eagle Law & Integrity is hiring a Junior Advocate (Litigation) with experience of at least 2 years to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving client consultations, case analysis, legal research, drafting, and court appearances across India, with a requirement of full-time commitment without independent practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and case analysis.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Appear before courts across India.
• Handle matters related to litigation, family law, criminal law, civil law, and testamentary suits.
• Work exclusively with the firm during the tenure.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Practice areas include Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Testamentary Suits.
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
