Details of the Job/Internship

Samarth T-Square Developers is hiring a Jr. Advocate (Real Estate) to join their office in Borivali West.

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Handling property-related litigations.
Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to the organization.
Preparing legal notices and handling agreements.
Liaising with clients and government authorities.

Eligibility

Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university or institution.
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Knowledge of property-related litigations and real estate laws and regulations.
Skills in conducting legal research and providing legal advice.
Ability to prepare legal notices and handle agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
Proficiency in English and local languages.
