Details of the Job/Internship

Don Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate – Tax Law with relevant experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis in tax matters.
• Draft legal documents and provide documentation support.
• Assist in building case strategies with senior advocates.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council is required.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, corporate law, and dispute resolution.
• Good drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience or internship in tax law is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
