Details of the Job/Internship

Bali & Bali Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their litigation team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and criminal litigation matters independently.
• Draft petitions, replies, and other legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Manage case files and coordinate with clients and senior advocates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Ability to understand complex legal issues.
• Self-motivated, sincere, and responsible.
