Details of the Job/Internship
Aadhyavith Constructions is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, title documents, development agreements, power of attorney, and other property-related contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough title searches and verify property ownership documents.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with property transactions.
Litigation Support:
- Assist in drafting pleadings, affidavits, legal notices, and other court-related documentation.
- Represent clients in lower courts under supervision.
Legal Research:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on property laws, judgments, and amendments to provide accurate advice to clients and senior advocates.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal requirements.
- Address preliminary client queries regarding property law.
Coordination:
- Liaise with government offices, registrars, and other authorities for property registration and related matters.
- Coordinate with financial institutions for legal clearances in mortgage or loan-related cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India (or applicable jurisdiction).
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or property law (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of property and real estate laws, including RERA regulations.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a real estate law firm or similar environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate practices and regulations.
- A proactive approach to learning and solving legal issues.
- Kannada is Mandatory.

20,000 to 25,000/-
