Details of the Job/Internship

Adv Ashish Saidas Swar & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate for a full-time, on-site role at its Mapusa office in Goa. The Junior Advocate will handle legal documentation, appear in court, assist in drafting legal documents, conduct case law research, and support the legal team in day-to-day operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle daily legal documentation and case management.
• Appear in court for cases and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Conduct research on case laws and legal issues.
• Coordinate with clients and manage case files.
• Track case progress and support the legal team in ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Bar Council registration is required.
• Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and legal documentation.
• Strong drafting, contract review, and legal opinion skills.
• Experience in client coordination and court appearances.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of Indian law systems, specifically relevant to Goa, is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
