Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Birendra Yadav is hiring a Fresher / Junior Advocate to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft various legal applications, replies, and formal documents for criminal cases.
• Attend court proceedings and assist with day-to-day courtroom activities.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Assist senior advocates in trial matters and evidentiary hearings.
• Prepare case summaries and maintain updated records of ongoing litigation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. Graduate from a recognized institution (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of Indian court procedures and protocols.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and pursue a long-term career in litigation.
