Details of the Job/Internship
Karale Patil & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in the Pune Division.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and case summaries.
- Conduct legal research.
- Appear before courts and tribunals.
- Liaise with clients and provide timely legal counsel.
- Collaborate with the senior legal team to deliver quality legal services.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal research and preparation of case summaries.
- Strong drafting skills, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Experience in litigation processes and familiarity with court and tribunal proceedings.
- Excellent communication skills for client liaison and representation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and statutory provisions.
- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice as an Advocate.
- Prior experience in a legal firm or internship experience is an advantage.
